●Property Features ● Super High-speed internet with Samsung smart TVs in living room and bedrooms (ability to log into your streaming services on all TVs), Central AC, private rear patio's, fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, drip coffee maker, 2 King Beds, 1 queen bed, a bunk bed with two full beds, trundle bed, toddler bed, 2 large sofas, 2 bathroom with stand up shower/Full tub, clean linens and bath towels are provided for all guests, washer and dryer for guests, dedicated work-from-home desk, large private yard, gas grill, garage, and fire pit. ●Cleaning● Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc). ●Important● No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed...Pet requests reviewed...No events, parties or large gatherings...Must be at least 25 years old to book… We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. This system is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding! 4 beach chairs, 10+ beach towels and a beach umbrella are provided and in the garage along with a cooler bag, beach wagon, and lawn games.

Yard fencing abutting neighbor is still down and our outdoor furnisher, grill and firepit were ruined *************** Smart TV's in every room and super fast WiFi. Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1: King Bed w/ on suite Bedroom 2: King Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Bunk Room - Full over Full with a Twin Trundle. Two additional lay out mattresses that convert from chairs + 1 toddler bed. Two additional rolling beds for extra guests. +1 Pack n’ Play portable crib (sleeps 1 infant/toddler), toddler bed above in bedroom 4. Stroller, Highchair, and kids dinnerware provided All linens and towels provided (bath and beach!) Plenty of place settings incl drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, cookie sheet, toaster, blender, crock pot, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, coffee maker. Dining: Kitchen seats 6. High top in living room seats an additional 3-4. Outdoor furniture: 2 Patios, seating for 4 at love seat & 2 chairs, 2nd patio has couch seating with fire table on the lanai. Games: Cards, Board Games, outdoor yard games. Central air, please leave above 73 degrees. In-unit Washer and Dryer, located in garage. Tons of Amenities Included: Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and wool dryer balls. Beach Equipment: sand chairs, beach toys, wagon & cooler bag provided. If you’re looking for a party house, please do not book. No loud or vulgar music. We allow 4 cars maximum (No street or yard parking). Absolutely no indoor smoking allowed. Trash & Recycling: Pickup is 2 X’s per week and will be brought to the curb by the property manager. Please place any trash and recycling the same way you would at home in your barrels; in bags, clean, broken down cardboard etc. There is a $150 fee if we need to call for an off-schedule pickup or the trash rules are not followed. Towels & clothing: No wet clothing or swim suits on the indoor furniture please. Music and Noise: Please keep noise at a reasonable level during the day, no music with profanity may be played outdoors out of respect for neighboring families and children, and quiet time is 10 pm. No rowdy/noisy parties allowed. Noise aware monitoring service is on the premises. Drugs and Smoking: Absolutely no drugs on the property including marijuana. No smoking of cigarettes or e-cigarettes indoors including the garage. A reminder, we do have cameras on the premises and this is our actual home, so please treat it with respect while you are onsite.

Plenty of yard and beach games in the garage. Please note, that due to the intense Florida Sun / Heat, the yard pictures may differ slightly than in person due to sun damage on the lawn, occurring seasonally. Despite a full irrigation system, the sun can sure due a number down here! Please let us know should you need anything at all during your stay with us.
